Approaching the brief PTTRN’s target audience was defined as young adults (18-25). After conducting extensive research key areas of people's routines were uncovered that needed improvement. These areas were environment, food, technology, stress, and workload. The outcome was to focus on designing a system that betters the user's routine and its structure.
