Since beginning to implement animations into my work I had a growing desire to level up my skills, so I enrolled myself in a Motion Design School tutorial. The tutorial combined my interest in experimenting with and learning UI design for websites, as well as sharpening my animation skills in After Effects with some more advanced techniques.
Using Figma I designed a concept UI homepage for Hair In Motion, an online hairdressing education platform. Next using a conversion plugin ‘AEUX’ I was able to export the project from Figma into After Effects where I animated the appearance of the elements within the design.
The finished product is an animated website homepage concept, designed to show the client a potential design for their website if developed into a live site.
