Working on the Kmart 2025 Store Managers Conference, I was responsible for AV and design execution. This included collaborating with sound artists, directing and producing voiceovers, and creating sound-designed entrance stings that set the tone for each session. I oversaw the coordination and application of the event branding, ensuring every asset, display and touchpoint followed guidelines and remained visually consistent across the entire venue.
A major part of the role involved animating and programming PowerPoint sequences across multiple screens, synchronising all audio, visual, lighting and digital outputs to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience. I also designed content for digital screens, directional signage, event updates and in-room graphics, ensuring everything connected cohesively to the event’s “Fuel The Future” theme.
The final execution helped unify over 600 store managers across Australia and New Zealand, creating an immersive, emotionally engaging environment that strengthened alignment and momentum across the newly unified Kmart and Target teams.
